Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The way we operate:

Any of us are available to help you with any school or classroom-related PC problem. Just get a hold of one of us during our work schedule. If you require assistance with personal equipment, scroll down to the "Personal IT Service" section.

You have three choices of reaching us:

• 1. By emailing us at our respective email addresses listed on this page or use itsupport@ccnn.edu. 

     1. Normally we receive our Emails on our phones, so we respond really quickly when contacted through email. Please make sure you give us enough details about the PC issue you encounter and we will be right there to help you. This is our preferred option of being reached.

  2. By contacting Front Desk and describing the problem you encounter to them.

  3. Run across one of us in the hallway or visit us in our office.
